All Bar One, Bath

All Bar One is an established and popular fixture among the bar and restaurant scene in the heritage city of Bath. With a prime central location it is popular with both locals and also benefits from Bath’s considerable tourist footfall.

One of the national brands managed by Mitchells & Butlers, whose portfolio includes many of the UK’s most well-known restaurant and pub chains. M&B are long-time clients of Harvey, trusting us over many years to deliver to the very high standards that define all their premises.

The 3-week project entailed implementing a new design scheme, an extensive refresh of the restaurant’s cavernous interior. This was part of a scheduled roll-out of makeovers that are applied to the group’s premises approximately every seven years, or whenever needed to keep things fresh and engaging.

The interior design adapted some of the existing structural features whilst installing new finishes to an uplifted specification. Some bespoke fabrication was undertaken by the Harvey workshops, notably screens and mirror detailing. Overall, the outcome brings a fresh, subtly coordinated style to this space.
