Browns Bar & Brasserie Manchester

Continuing Harvey’s long association with Mitchells & Butlers, in April 2022 we completed work on a £700K refurbishment of the Browns Brasserie & Bar in York Street Manchester.

This historic Edwardian building in the city centre underwent a transformative refurbishment, equipping it with a strikingly opulent interior with art deco stylistic references, luxurious furnishing, and every detail finished to the very highest standards.

Implementing the design brief included creation of a magnificent new bar as a centrepiece to the immense space with its high ceilings, ornately tiled floors and marble columns.

Work was completed in 7 weeks and the project delivered on schedule.

M&B have expressed great satisfaction with the completed project, the refurbishment well-received by senior management, described as impressive and a huge source of pride to those involved in the project and the team who operate the restaurant.
