Browns Restaurant, Covent Garden
Proceeding from the successful refurbishment of Browns in Manchester, Harvey are proud to have just completed a £2.5 million refurbishment of Browns’ flagship restaurant in London’s Covent Garden.
Located in the Grade II-listed former Westminster County Court building, central to the capital’s famous theatre district and cultural hub, the refurbished restaurant now provides a distinctive, elegant and distinguished environment, once again taking its place among the district’s high-end dining providers.
The launch of this extensive makeover was timed to coincide with the group’s 50th anniversary.
Harvey have worked with Browns for many years now, having completed fit-outs on several of their premises including Bristol and Manchester, and now delivering this large, prestige project.
The grand scale of the Covent Garden refurbishment encompassed the implementation of an Art Deco inspired styling to the interior across the building’s four floors, with luxury and opulence as the guiding principle throughout. The project included the installation of the new keynote Spey Bar, an atmospheric space dedicated to showcasing the finest Scottish whiskies.
Successfully managing the logistical challenges of a central London location the project was completed to schedule for the anniversary date.
